Instructions:

Black Teas: Tear open the tea-stick, pour it into an empty 12-14oz cup, add warm or hot water, and watch your tea dissolve. To make iced tea, dissolve the tea with a small amount of warm water, then add cold water and ice.

Green Teas: To make iced tea, pour tea-stick into an empty 12-14oz cup, add cold water and ice and shake/stir for 45-60 seconds. To make hot tea, pour the tea-stick into an empty cup and add warm/hot water and watch the tea dissolve in seconds.
